Beverly Enterprises (Beverly) operates skilled nursing facilities, assisted living centers, home care and hospice agencies, and outpatient therapy clinics. Through AEGIS Therapies, Beverly also offers rehabilitative services on a contract basis to nursing homes operated by Beverly as well as other care providers. Beverly has operations in 25 states and the District of Columbia. Beverly currently operates 351 skilled nursing facilities, as well as 18 assisted living centers, and 53 hospice and home care centers. With headquarters in Fort, Smith, Ark., Beverly employs 35,000 people nationwide. More than two-thirds of Beverly's employees serve in clinical or care-giving roles.
