Provider Synergies, LLC is a premier company in the management of Preferred Drug Lists (PDLs) and the negotiation of Supplemental Rebates for state Medicaid agencies. Provider Synergies, LLC is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Coventry Health Care, Inc. With the addition of Provider Synergies to the Coventry family, which also includes First Health Services Corporation, Coventry companies now contract with 26 states to provide Preferred Drug List and/or Supplemental Rebate program administration services.
