Express Scripts, Inc. provides a full range of pharmacy benefit management services, including retail drug card programs, home delivery pharmacy services, Specialty services, drug formulary management programs and other clinical management programs for thousands of client groups that include HMOs, health insurers, third-party administrators, employers, union-sponsored benefit plans and government health programs. Revenues from the delivery of prescription drugs to members represented 98.7% of revenues in 2008 and 98.6% in both 2007 and 2006.  Revenues from services, such as the fees associated with the administration of retail pharmacy networks contracted by certain clients, market research programs, medication counseling services, certain specialty distribution services, and sample fulfillment and sample accountability services, comprised the remainder of revenues.
